 I just attached a console log that might be similar.  This is the first
 time I've seen this sort of failure.   I wonder if it might be related to
 having both MWIFIEX{,_SDIO} and BT_MRVL{,_SDIO} configured at the same
 time (which might explain why I've not seen this before).
