 Even though I do not have ISP credit, I checked dongle behaviour on XO-1.5
 OS883. This laptop was able to connect to the ISP's home page, so XO-4
 build 11 is definitely broken.

 In summary, the dongle appears in the frame but is unable to connect or
 cancel the connecting.
