Comment:

 reviewed logs.

 i think this is very likely to be pre-OOM.  once memory is very scarce,
 the next thing that happens is either the classic OOM condition or extreme
 lag in processing, and once the lag exceeds the suspend lock timeout, a
 failure is declared.

 i suggest the memory allocation be retuned downwards.

 as far as i can tell, there's nothing in runin that will detect memory
 scarcity and back off the allocation.  there's no swap, so there's nowhere
 to go.

 does not affect production until the recent builds are proposed to
 manufacturing for XO-1.75.
