#12310: XO-1.75 runin failure; accelerator test hung on suspend lock

A XO-1.75 running runin with normal settings started failing runin around
2012/11/11 13:20 UTC, and repeatedly continued to fail for over 100+
reboots (though the morning of 2012/11/13 when caught).

The reason cited for the failure was "FAIL: accelerometer: suspend lock
 hung" each time.

This was seen in 13.1.0 os10 but not 13.1.0 os9. Of note is the in-build
XO-1.75 runin tests are older than the XO-4 ones (0.20.6 vs. 0.20.12; and
I see there have been a few tweaks made since).
