 Updating to libgfx-marvell-0.8.0.3184-2.olpc and xorg-x11-drv-
 dove-0.3.5-1.olpc, now we get tooltips.

 The tooltips track the state correctly, but the icon is still not being
 updated.

 All tests on XO-1.75.
