Comment(by dsd):

 The attached kern.log shows that it has been reproduced on
 3.3.5_xo1.5-20120507.1616.olpc.b580478 which is the kernel included in
 12.1.0 build 10. The 12.1.0 kernels do not yet include any fixes for
 #10757.
