 Interesting. SiSUSVGA devices don't overlay support either. Record used to
 fallback correctly to a slower method of displaying video camera input.

 Perhaps DL signals overlay support, then doesn't show it? Or perhaps
 Record isn't triggering the fallthrough for a different reason?

 What happens with sisusbvga devices? What happens if you disable video
 overlays from xorg.conf?
