 Displaylink seems to lack video overlay support, or is choosing not to
 show the preview video feed from the camera in Record.

 I think sisusb tried to show something (at least choppily) when it worked;
 but right now sisusb support is not working (#11819).

 Seen in 12.1.0 os10.

 Reproduction:
  1. Attached a Displaylink USB->VGA adapter to an XO while it is powered
 off.  Then power the XO on.
  2. Start Record.  You won't see anything from the camera.
  3. Take a picture.  The picture will have a proper photo, but there still
 is no preview video.  This is also true when the picture is displayed
 near-full-size in the center of the screen, and a tiny video thumbnail can
 be overlayed on top.
