Comment:

 Marvell has verified that our hardware only supports 2bpp.  I have cleaned
 up the driver support for this, and we have started work on a better
 looking 2bpp cursor theme.  The ARGB cursor to 2bpp cursor code has been
 tweaked to provide the best looking HWcursors.
