 The Record activity should not offer to encode video in High quality on a
 XO-1.75 if the system cannot support it.

 The High quality option is already hidden on XO-1s.

 With the F14 builds (softfp), this seems to be the case, with a lot of
 frames dropped.  With F17 builds (hardfp) this issue may resolve itself.
