Comment(by dsd):

 In the 12.1.0 meeting it was decided:

  * Ship old totem for 12.1.0
  * Ship gst-browser-plugin as totem-mozplugin replacement for future
 releases
  * Fix #11913 for <a href="audiofile.ogg"> links
  * If needed in future, we can look at special-casing <a
 href="videofile.ogg"> links in Browse (opening custom element like we do
 for PDF) and improving the whole mechanism of browse being able to launch
 other activities

 That should cover all bases.
