Open Firmware consistently sees the need to delay boot slightly when our
OLPC-rebranded 4GB USB sticks are inserted in a XO-1.5 with Q3C07 prior to
booting.
This is not an issue on a XO-1.75 with Q4D15.
We have several of these USB sticks around our office, so shipping one to
anyone who wants to fix this should not be an issue.
