Comment:

 The XOs are failing runin due to kernel hangs we are debugging; the
 battery test failing to complete is just a side effect.

 I was under the impression the EC also had critical hard-poweroff code in
 case the code in Linux failed.  If this is not the case, then this ticket
 is invalid.
