 XO-1.5 os16 runin gives a blank screen for the first two minutes, then
 displays runin-gtk with a remaining time consistent with this lost
 interval.

 The stall is apparently due to the command
 {{{
 systemctl start serial-getty at ttyS2.service
 }}}
 in runin-tests, and run.log contains an error:
 {{{
 A dependency job failed. See system journal for details.
 }}}
 Nothing useful was found in /var/log.
