Comment:

 Lets keep things simple and manageable: this ticket is about XO-1 only.

 Earlier we identified that if you connect a SD card after boot,
 /dev/mmcblk* doesn't get created, the card is not even detected by the
 kernel.

 That should now be fixed and can be tested in this ticket: power on the
 laptop, insert a SD card, see if it gets mounted.

 Other issues should go in other tickets. (#11980 may be of interest)
