Comment:

 Reproduced twice in a row on build 16 on XO-1.75 ... after 29 loops
 without reproducing.

 Same symptom with UL screen displayed, toggled by game keys.  This UL
 screen toggling can also be caused during a normal shutdown.

 No response to SySRq-T (in screen, ctrl-a ctrl-b T).  Verified that
 SysRq-T works before the hang.  Seems something turns it off.
