 so, since the only fix was to properly abort a suspend if a wakeup has
 already occurred, this implies that runin was failing to suspend for a
 full 240 seconds after rtcwake was run, .

 are we satisfied that this is a) likely the case, and b) that this level
 of performance during runin is acceptable on 1.5?  since the goal of runin
 is really system exercise, i suppose it's fine, but i could also imagine
 this behavior masking a real bug. (one that's unrelated to this ticket, of
 course.)
