 SHC12900F7C/SKU 199 (B1 HS Keyboard) failed in runin after 2062 suspend
 cycles suspending or in early resume.

 2062 suspend cycles and 20 hours, 10 minutes, 41 seconds of the test were
 completed prior to failure.

 Setup instructions are the same as #11571.  Wip-branch f1f8f7f kernel,
 0.17.0 patched runin, Q4C12.

 No serial console was attached to this system.
