 This ticket is woefully underdocumented.

 I'm told that the head of arm-3.0-wip has a fix for this, verified by
 James Cameron.

 I was coming to this ticket to report a regression, but re-reading the
 ticket jogged my memory.  One of the more trivial changes made from B1 to
 C1 motherboards was increasing the size of the depop capacitor on the
 audio codec.  It is possible that this has been fixed on C1 motherboards.

 Please restrict testing for this ticket to C1 or ramp motherboards (EC
 motherboard ID 1C1 or 1C2, SKU200, SKU201, or SKU202).
