#11628: olpcxs repo definition files do not use $basearch variable

 Unlike the CentOS and EPEL files, the
 /etc/yum.repos.d/olpcxs{-testing}.repo definition files do not use
 $basearch variable, and just presume everything is i386.

 This may or may not constrain us if we want to support more than one
 platform architecture in the future.

 Fixing this may require server-side housekeeping.

 Seen in XS-0.7 beta 1.
