#11627: /etc/named.conf enables DNSSEC queries; /etc/named-xs.conf does not

/etc/named.conf enables using DNSSEC while doing queries while /etc/named-
xs.conf does not. The stock named configuration also points to a few
files containing preinstalled signing keys matching what currently is used
 on the Internet.

This may or may not be something we want to support, depending on the
expected lifetime of said DNSSEC keys and the ability for deployments to
 easily update them.

 Seen in XS-0.7 beta 1.
