 According to http://dev.laptop.org/ticket/11423

 There is little room for graphics in XO-1 firmware.

 As an alternative, I propose a text based menu, for example:

 Key combination boots to a text based selection screen listing:

 1. Keyboard/Teclado
 2. Screen/ Pantella
 3.
 4
 etc..

 Please type which test to perform 1 - X:

 After test completes the user is returned to the list of tests.
