 olpc-os-builder generates a file named 31020o4.zd.zsp.fs4.zip, and this
 requires users to rename the file to fs4.zip before it can be used by Open
 Firmware.

 This extra step is a frequent source of user error.

 Instead, we should generate an fs4.zip file, or a symlink, so that the
 instructions in the release notes can be simplified.

 Also, if a symlink is created, then scp should be replaced with rsync for
 moving the files to the publishing directory.
