 In 13.1.0 build 17 (including firmware Q7B08), DCON support is broken (you
 must boot in verbose mode to have a usable system). It worked in build
 16/Q7B07.

 I think this is due to recent kernel changes, because downgrading to Q7B07
 does not improve the situation.
