 Earlier on my XO-4, the machine failed to power up.  The power LED came on
 (solid green), but I saw no serial console output.  The LCD also did not
 come on.  This happened twice in a row.  The third time it came on
 normally, and I haven't seen the problem since.  I'll update this bug if I
 see it again.
