 so, rephrasing:  if someone sets the time and date via the gnome UI (i
 assume there's such a facility), do they then have to run hwclock from the
 commandline?  i'm going to guess this is taken care of -- and further, i
 suppose that since we don't have such a facility in sugar, then it can't
 contain a bug.
