Comment:

 Text to speech works in 11.3.1 os32 in Read only when opening text files.
 Text to speech intentionally does not work for PDF or EPUB files in this
 build.   This should be documented.

 There is a slight issue with TTS and text files in that once a text file
 is played, it seems to be impossible to reset the speech pointer to replay
 the text file.  Attempting to press play again results in only the last
 word being repeated.
