 The next & previous buttons kind-of work in 11.3.1 os32; they seem to be
 equivalent to page up/page down commands.

 But once you past the edge of the first or last page these menu buttons
 disable themselves, not allowing you to page up or down to the extreme
 edges of the document by using the menu buttons alone.
