 The kernel configuration for XOs is compressed in the /boot directory in
 xz format, but we do not include anything to decompress it that I am aware
 of on XOs.

 The xz Fedora package can be added to solve this issue.

 Perhaps we should include it in the build alongside of bzip2, gzip, and
 {pk}unzip (although we do *not* include "zip" to compress?).

 Estimated disk space impact is ~500 KB from yum, but without the
 documentation and man pages it looks like the impact is closer to 100 KB.
 Adding the ZIP compression binaries would be closer to 500 KB without
 documentation.

 Seen in 11.3.0 os4.
