#11222: XO-1.75 headphone output isn't equal

On an XO-1.75 B1 (verified on multiple units), the headphone output has a
different volume level on the right and left channels. The left channel
has an amplitude that is one-fifth the amplitude present on the right
 channel.

This is seen with both OFW Q4BB08 and the new Linux driver. Removing the
protection diodes (D2 and D5) and the ferrites (L18, L17, and measuring
directly at the chip output give the same result.

There is no distortion of the left channel (at least, no more than is
 present on the right channel.)
