 I have found it with http://dev.laptop.org/~dsd/.os883/xo-1.75try2/

 I tried doing  rmmod psmouse / modprobe psmouse and later adding echo 1 >
 "/sys/module/olpc_keyboard/parameters/debug" and did not resolved the
 issue.

 /var/log/dmesg and /var/log/messages attached
