 The B1 SKU 198 XO which ran into #11471 with 11.3.1 os11 (installed today)
 was mentioned as rebooting as part of that ticket.

 Looking at the logs it looks like runin thought the battery failed to
 charge enough after a test discharge cycle.

 The battery's serial number is 00802110424110012661.  We need to figure
 out if this is a one-off or something important.
