Comment:

 I was thinking we'd patch this into the sugar RPM, but actually the easier
 option is just to reuse the packaging we had before. It comes with
 translations etc, and just drops in.

 So I've put sugar-update-control in my public_rpms, ready to be added to
 the build. I've tested it, 2 small fixes were needed (one in bitfrost).

 What we need now is the Sugar RPM to be modified to not install
 /usr/share/sugar/extensions/cpsection/updater nor
 /usr/share/sugar/data/icons/module-updater.svg
