Comment:

 Good news! Works ok in os20 with Browse 121.

 Tested send mail:
 * with text in the body
 * without text in the body. Open a dialog asking confirmation -> ok.
 * with a attachment (open ObjectChooser window)

 The only issue, but must be a different bug, and is not a blocker, is, the
 window in the opened dialog does a very visible resize. (Created new
 ticket #10931)
