 We'll ask tester add a case to set the RTC be correctly in first during
 the test process.[[BR]]
 For other question here, would you please provide a utility in sugar that
 system can auto update the RTC when connect to internet?[[BR]]
 This function like GPS machine can auto update clock when searched the
 satellite.(I have garmin include this function)[[BR]]
