Comment:

 No, I'll keep this one, saves Quanta having to follow the trace to a
 different ticket.  Just don't bother bringing this ticket into a software
 milestone again, thanks.

 Garysu: root cause was RTC not set during manufacturing.  Contributed to
 by bug in Moon activity which is since fixed.  If RTC is reliably set now,
 and tested, please advise.
