 Thanks. The above attachment (lbs-crashlog.txt) analyses the
 os19verbose.bz2 crash. The communication between host and card seems
 absolutely fine, so I'm concluding that this is a hardware/firmware bug. I
 have also seen what is probably the same issue on earlier releases (such
 as #9959, I disagree with the "duplicate" resolution there), it is just a
 lot more likely to occur now for whatever reason.

 For my reference, next steps are:
  1. inform Marvell of the bug and analysis
  2. Enable command-retry-on-timeout again. Probably won't help (at least
 it didn't for #9959)
  3. Try to write a routine that resets the whole SD card, and trigger it
 when this failure is detected.
