 kspost.61.mimelink.inc takes care of just the mime issue. While
 bundles.diff & bundles2.diff form a set using sugar's install routine,
 chroot'ed into the image. The "But here's what I'm worried about" is
 addressed by always clearing out the "bundles" directory that is bind
 mounted into the image at creation time.
