 Actually the activity seems somewhat robust in that it calculates the
 current timer value based on elapsed time since the start point.  So
 stopping the activity and resuming it an hour later returns a more or less
 accurate result.

 This could be useful as a potential background timer of sorts where per-
 second accuracy is not necessary but you generally want to know how long
 something has taken.

 If you start & stop Stopwatch twice with a timer continuously running the
 timer stops and resets to zero.  But that would seem to be a Stopwatch
 bug.
