#10789: Measure activity should be calibrated on all active XO platforms

The Measure activity should be calibrated to some extent on all active XO
platforms. That is to say: We should verify that the timebase display is
more or less correct, the FFT view too, and that the resistance and DC
modes provide accurate readings {I believe they are trying to tell us
something with their numbers in parenthesis}.

If there is any case where the y axis is supposed to be accurate in terms
of voltage, etc., we should verify that as well.

This may have be done by 1cc staff if any significant amount of precision
is desired, as I do not currently have access to any variable power
 supply.

Just like with real test equipment, we probably should do this annually,
and whenever a new XO revision is made. Depending on how Measure works,
the changes we keep making to ALSA mixer settings may or may not throw
 these readings off.
