 While testing with panelpwr-log, using repeated five minute rtcwake
 suspends, occasionally the system time as shown by ''date +%s'' does not
 advance by the actual time the system is suspended for.

 Once a system is infected with this symptom, it can be reproduced at
 command line.  The symptom is cleared by reboot.
