 I do like the idea of keeping sugar's dirty work inside sugar, but I'm not
 so sure about that cache idea, not sure that I understand it right either
 though. If sugarlabs_activities and the rest are not included in the
 config then no activities should get included, regardless of what has been
 cached earlier.
