 Well, after some sleep think I have a better idea, split off the
 downloading of the bundles from the generating of the install string. Just
 populate a directory from the cache taking care that only the latest are
 present. Next would be to bind mount the populated directory into the
 image and run sugar-install-bundle against the mount point.
 We gain sugars native install method, who knows what's in setup.py.
 Second, by using a sub-cache via the directory sugar_activity_group,
 sugarlab_activities, sugar_activities_extra become optional at runtime,
 only needed when updating the main cache. Helps to make os-builder run-
 able off-line, I'll work something up.
