 /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/fr (from xkeyboard-
 config-1.9-9.fc14.olpc.noarch) has two "olpc" sections which appear
 identical.

 I do not know if this intentional or not.  Perhaps we are reapplying a
 patch already upstreamed?

 Seen in 11.2.0 os22.
