 On an XO-1.75 running os9 and using the Gnome interface, the horizontal
 scrollbar is missing from Firefox (Iceweasel ?) windows which have content
 extending outside the visible area of the window/ (such as Trac, if zoomed
 in usng Ctl-+ a few times to deal with an old mans eyesight.)
