Comment:

 The XO-1 and XO-1.5 behavior are supposed to be identical in this regard.
 There is no difference in the OFW code, and the access method for reading
 the state of the rotate button is the same - on both systems it is done by
 issuing an EC command that asks for the button state.

 James, can you look into this?  In particular, verify that game-key@
 returns 0x40 when the rotate button is depressed.  The code that
 implements the diagnostics pause is (hold-message) in
 cpu/x86/pc/olpc/gamekeys.fth .
