 We should bump the included firefox and xulrunner versions in 11.2.0 from
 their .17 versions to the .18 versions, or the latest security update if
 something newer has come out since.

 If not done for 11.2.0, this definitely should be done for
 11.2.1/11.3.0/whatever the next release will be called.
