 Unlike our previous agetty invokations on XO-1.5, the XO-1.75 agetty
 attached to /dev/ttyS2 does not have the -L flag.

 This causes #11008, #10669, and #10845.  It was also responsible for
 Quanta's difficulty installing kernel debugging RPMs.

 There's another agetty for /dev/ttyS0 that is present, but /dev/ttyS0 is
 not available.
