 Simon,
 I have added a patch implementing the change of the title when metadata
 updates in the Activity class. I have tested it with your patch
 do_no_cache_the_activity_tray_palette.patch, and works for all the cases
 (activities with journal objects, starting new objects and receiving a
 object through collaboration)

 Another issue

 When the activity does not have a jobject (for example Get Books or Logs)
 the palette display 'sugar-activity'. We can't set the title to '' because
 is display 'Untitled window'
 Setting the window title with the bundle name resolve this problem (next
 patch attached)
