 As reported on the mailing list, one cannot use olpc-update to upgrade a
 10.1.3 XO-1 to 11.2.0 os871 without removing files.

 There simply is not enough room, even if no Journal entry has ever been
 created.

 While workarounds have been posted to the mailing list, I'm tempted to
 suggest discouraging them unless we really want to support them going
 forward.
